What to Expect

1. Briefing & Introduction

Your instructor will explain:

2. Shallow Water Practice

Before heading into open water, you’ll practice a few basic skills in shallow water to help you feel comfortable and confident.

3. Your First Dive

Then it’s time for the real adventure! Descend into calm, shallow water (usually 6–12 meters / 20–40 feet) and experience the incredible sensation of weightlessness while exploring marine life up close.
